Return to your pink again.

A trauma-informed approach to aesthetic medicine that blends science, compassion, and renewal.
At Pink Again Collective, we believe aesthetic medicine is not about changing who you are. It is about coming home to yourself.

We combine evidence based care, gentle guidance and emotional safety to help you rediscover balance, confidence and calm - so you can return to your natural state of vibrancy and realign with your true essence.

Reclaim Radiance
Science with Soul

Healing isn’t instant. It’s gradual, evidence-based, and deeply human.

Every treatment, every conversation is a step toward balance — for your skin, your mind, and your sense of self.

More than Cosmetic Aesthetics. It is a return to you.

When life leaves you feeling faded, we help you bring your colour back - and with it, your inner vibrancy.

In nature, the flamingo loses its colour when it's depleted. After giving endlessly - nurturing its young, enduring challenge, or surviving scarcity - it begins to pale. Only when it feels safe to pause, replenish, and receive does its radiant pink return.

That is the essence of Pink Again Collective. Born from both nature's wisdom and the lived experiences of women, it represents the moment we remember to turn our care inward. A sanctuary for those navigating life's season of change - postpartum and motherhood, identity shifts, burnout, perimenopause and menopause, emotional blockages, disconnection, or heartache.

Here, science meets soul. Here, you are supported to rediscover balance, confidence and calm - and return to your natural state of vibrancy.
Meet Stephanie
Discover the story that inspired a new kind of care.
I’ve spent almost a decade working in tertiary public mental health services, supporting people through complex stress, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and major life transitions. My clinical work spans acute and community settings, providing mental state examinations, risk assessments, psychological support, crisis interventions, behavioural strategies, and recovery-focused care.

I am also a qualified aesthetic nurse with robust training in facial anatomy, clinical governance, and holistic care. Through my practice, I bridge the gap between mental health, neurobiology, and aesthetic wellbeing, helping clients understand the powerful connection between how we feel internally and how we show up in our bodies.'
Stephanie is a Registered Nurse (BN, MMHN with Distinction), community mental-health clinician, and founder of Pink Again Collective, a trauma-safe aesthetics and wellness clinic on the Mornington Peninsula.

We listen first, plan together, and guide gently so your confidence can grow naturally.

Changes to the AHPRA Guidelines & TGA Regulations

Recent regulations prevent us from publishing detailed information about our medical aesthetic treatments online.
We invite you to book an in-person consultation to discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals.
All clients—new and returning—must book a Consultation appointment.
After assessing your goals and confirming medical suitability, a personalised treatment plan can then be developed

The Aesthetic Consultation Process

Consultation

Meet with your Registered Nurse at Pink Again Collective in Somerville to explore your aesthetic goals in depth. Together, we’ll design a personalised treatment plan that complements your natural features and supports your confidence, balance, and authentic self.

Treatment

Once a treatment plan has been established and you have been assessed as medically suitable for treatment, your Registered Nurse will conduct your treatment(s). All treatments are carried out with the utmost care, and with safety as the top priority. We ensure you are informed and kept comfortable during the process.

Pre & Post Care

Pre and Post Care are paramount to the safety and optimal outcomes of any medical aesthetic treatment. Click here to view and download our Pre-procedure and Post-Care Information.

Review

A follow-up appointment two weeks after consultation and treatment is just as important as the treatment itself. It allows us to assess the outcomes of your treatment(s) and ascertain as to whether your aesthetic treatment goals have been met.

The Wellness Consultation Process

At Pink Again Collective, our wellness consultations are designed to nurture recovery and reconnection with self.

We use a trauma-informed, person-centred approach that recognises the complex interaction between mind, body, environment, and lived experience.

Every consultation honours your story and supports your journey toward balance, clarity, and resilience.

Consultation: Comprehensive Assessment

Your journey begins with a detailed assessment through a biopsychosocial and cultural lens.

We take time to understand who you are—not just what you’re experiencing—so that care is safe, inclusive, and meaningful.
This includes:

  • Developmental and family history
  • Mental health and substance use history
  • Cultural identity, values, and beliefs
  • Past or current experiences of trauma or discrimination
  • Previous diagnoses and treatment experiences
  • Current challenges, stressors, or symptoms
  • Existing professional supports (GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, etc.)
  • Informal supports such as family, peers, and community networks
  • Social, environmental, and occupational factors that may influence wellbeing

We view each client within their broader life context to identify strengths, barriers, and opportunities for healing and empowerment.

Pink Again Recovery Planning

Every client’s version of recovery is unique. Together, we’ll create a Recovery Plan that reflects your goals, values, and stage of healing.

Your plan may include:

  • Setting realistic, holistic wellbeing goals
  • Identifying protective factors and personal motivators
  • Establishing self-care and boundary-setting routines
  • Exploring cultural, social, and spiritual connections
  • Linking with professional, community, or cultural supports
  • Outlining referral pathways and recommendations for continuity of care

This stage is about building sustainable change — helping you regain control, restore hope, and move forward with direction and self-trust.

Brief Intervention

For clients experiencing anxiety, distress, or emotional strain, Brief Intervention sessions provide targeted support focused on recovery and coping.

These 1:1 sessions focus on:

  • Regulating emotions and reducing distress
  • Developing adaptive coping and resilience skills
  • Building self-awareness and problem-solving capacity
  • Enhancing mindfulness, grounding, and self-soothing techniques
  • Reconnecting with strengths, values, and identity

Our interventions draw from Motivational Interviewing (MI) and cognitive-behavioural modalities.
These sessions are based on solution-focused and trauma-informed models of care to promote stability and self-efficacy.

Review

A follow-up review is offered within 1–2 weeks, depending on your needs.

This can be held in-clinic or via telehealth and is complimentary.
The review provides an opportunity to:

  • Reflect on progress and challenges
  • Adjust your recovery goals or strategies
  • Celebrate growth and reinforce new coping tools
  • Plan the next steps in your ongoing support journey

Pre & Post Care Guidance

At Pink Again Collective, your care begins long before your consultation and treatment, and continues well after it ends.
Pre-care is about preparation – helping your skin and nervous system feel ready, calm and supported; minimising risks and optimising the effectiveness of treatment. We’ll guide you through the steps to prepare; including avoiding certain medications or supplements, skincare products, and nurturing your skin barrier to ensure it is in prime condition in preparation for treatment. We also encourage you to prioritise rest and hydration.
Post-care is where healing and renewal unfold; supporting recovery, minimising potential sensitivity to redness, bruising, swelling or irritation. Providing you with personalised pre and post care instructions ensures that you can benefit from optimal outcomes, as well as honouring your body’s natural rhythm of repair.
Every stage of our pre- and post-care process reflects our core belief that true aesthetic results arise from the harmony between physical health and mental wellbeing.

At Pink Again Collective, we believe that true beauty begins with synergy — the harmony between mental wellbeing and aesthetic care that nurtures confidence, comfort, and authenticity from the inside out.

Our philosophy is rooted in the understanding that when we feel grounded and emotionally balanced, our outer expression naturally aligns with our inner self. Aesthetic treatments then become more than physical enhancement — they become a reflection of self-respect, renewal, and the freedom to be as you are.

This synergy of mind, body, and self-expression defines our approach. Each treatment and consultation is guided by compassion, safety, and purpose — blending the science of aesthetics with the psychology of wellbeing. The outcome is authenticity in comfort and confidence within oneself — a gentle restoration that allows you to feel realigned, renewed, and empowered to return to your pink.

Pre-Care Instructions

7 Days Prior
Avoid the following medications at least one week prior to treatment: Aspirin and non-steroidal anti- inflammatory medications. Vitamin E or Fish Oil supplements. These agents may increase bruising and bleeding at the injection site. Avoid chemical peels and needling.

24 Hours Prior

  • Avoid vigorous physical activity or any large intakes of alcohol for 24 hours as this increases the risk of bruising.
  • Notify your injector if you have an active cold sore, particularly if you are considering volume-enhancing treatment, as this is not advised.

Consultation
Advise if you are taking blood thinning medications (such as aspirin, warfarin or clopidogrel), regardless of whether you are expecting to have treatment or just a consultation.

Day of Treatment
Arrive to your appointment make-up free.

Post-Care Instructions for Wrinkle Treatment

  • Do not rub or touch the treated area till the next morning. This includes not having any facial treatments, laser or massages.
  • Do not lie down for the next 4-6 hours as you may inadvertently affect the adjacent muscle.
  • Avoid exercise for the next 24 hours and any exposure to any heat treatments such as sauna, hot tub or tanning for 48 hours as it will make your treatment less effective.
  • Avoid taking medicines such as ibuprofen (Nurofen) or diclofenac (Voltaren) for the next 24 hours. There is a small risk of bruising; it is generally minor and can be covered up with make-up after 24 hours. Arnica tablets can be taken to help reduce bruising.
  • For pain relief, paracetamol is recommended for any headaches or pain.
  • Your treatment will take 4-14 days to start working. If after 2 weeks, you feel that you still have more muscle movement than expected, then this can be adjusted at your follow up injection assessment, at an additional cost. This needs to be booked back in within 1 month of treatment.

Post-Care Instructions for Volume Loss Treatment

  • After the procedure, you should carefully apply sunscreen with a high SPF index to prevent pigmentation.
  • Do not rub or touch the treated area until the next morning.
  • Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours after the treatment.
  • Try to avoid lying down or any strenuous exercise for 6 hours after treatment.
  • It is recommended to avoid extended exposure to sun or UV light and extreme hot or cold temperatures including hot foods and drinks if your lips have been treated.
  • Avoid facial laser treatment to the treated area for up to four weeks.
  • For cheek temple or tear trough treatment it is recommended to avoid restrictive headwear, including goggles, sunglasses, or motorcycle helmets for up to four weeks.
  • It is recommended not to apply make-up to the treatment area until 12 hours post treatment.
  • There will be some swelling and bruising, however, it should only be temporary.
  • Arnica tablets or Hirudoid cream can help reduce bruising.
  • You may feel lumps for up to 2 weeks, as your body adjusts to the new volume.
  • It may take 4 weeks to see the full results and we recommend booking in for a follow up consultation with us.

If you feel anything is not a typical response to treatment, please contact us on (03) 7071 4787.
